Hi,
Has any of you upgraded the new Comment poster? I upgraded my comment poster 3 days ago and I reset the keywords and deleted the old reports and I just checked all of my comment reports and I have no reports. However, when I go to the section titled, keywords management, I see that some of my keywords have yes next them indicating that some of my keywords have been posted. Does anyone have the same problem? Can anyone tell me if how to fix this? By the way, I re-installed the new version Comment Poster on one of my domains and I still have the same problem. Thanks |

What hosting company are you using? Also, does your comment posting post erratically. What I mean by that is, it will post one day and three days later
it would post again. I never see any of my comments posted daily. I even had posts of 7 days apart or it will post for one day and no more posts after that. Everything goes well here - latest version works without problems, comments get posted very well |

Tony, I've had exactly the same problem too, so I'd be interested to hear why this is the case. Ness |

I figured out what the problem was. There's only two files when you upgrade. When I was uploading the two files and when it ask me to overwrite the files, I said yes to all. Well today, I checked and it overwrote the first file that was uploaded but second file didn't get overwritten at all. Nevertheless, I had to go back
and upload the second file to all of my domains and overwrote them. I just went into a couple of my domains to check the comment post admin and sure enough I see that my posts are happening. HOORAY! |

Hi Mindaugas,
I'm still having this problem, (after installing the two upgrade files), so I'm going to submit a support ticket now. Regards, Ness |
