Adsense Boy runs an affiliate program where you can refer other people to buy his script if you like them yourself.
He is using Plimus for that. So far so good, now all of a sudden Adsense Boy pulled down the script "You Tube" down
after i made 3 sales last month to it and I get told that I will NOT BE PAID FOR IT!

This is more then upsetting and nothing that I am used from Adsense boy so far.

I have emailed him and he has not responded to me yet, so I need to post this as I am really upset big time.

I just emailed you back with some screenshots of my Plimus control panel. It looks Plimus had some issues.

I will address this via email then, Plimus told me you did take down the product which didnt make any sense
for me. Especially not because I made sales for this product last period and now they deleted those sales.

MINDAUGAS, you need to clarify this.


It means actually that I made 3 sales for the you tube script and now plimus tells me I dont get paid
for this as product is no longer available as affiliate promotion.

Here is the general problem that I see with PLIMUS: they claim that i have to register for any products
of a vendor to get all sales credited. I bought domains to refer people to any product and scripts that you
do offer. Normally its enough to have ONE COOKIE for ONE product and if someone buys a script then I am
already tagged as referrer for all other sales of vendors product.

A lot of people are novices to affiliate marketing and dont know how much cheating is going on.
One thing is that affiliate tracking often fails (no software or script works 100% reliable, its just like that).

But one thing is that it need to be clearly communcated what in an affiliate program is included or not:

1. If you chose not to offer all of your scripts as affiliate marketing model, its allright, you just should
clearly tell this.

2. It is understandable that you have upsells like additional plugins etc. that are not being paid commissions
for, as its a valid business model that products have follow ups where an affiliate marketer will not get a share.

It is just important that all those things are being clarified, as I drop promoting products that are not
being correctly credited for referrals, simply as that!

What products you are selling? I selling Social Bookmarks Submitter as affiliate, and I get my comissions on time. But it's the only tool I promote.

I sell all of them in fact I was about to sell all his scripts under my own branding, but since so many updates are coming out al the time
it is just not very practical.

Yes, Plimus requires to become an affiliate for each individual product to get credited for sales.

However, Plimus has an option to signup for ALL CONTRACTS at the same time. It means you can promote all available products then. Also, when signing up for ALL CONTRACTS, you will get an access to all future products automatically.

I AM NOT A BEGINNER, I SIGNED UP FOR ALL YOUR PRODUCTS VIA PLIMUS.
In fact, I even do cookie stuff all of your produts! So my cookies had been set
for the sales of your YOU TUBE SCRIPT... and they do not want to credit me those!
I did lose sales with them in the past and I did tell you about that, but you told me
that it is not true.

Now THEY DID CLAIM THAT YOUR YOU TUBE SCRIPT WAS TAKEN OFF TO GET
COMMISSION AS AN AFFILIATE PRODUCT. That is what they told me after I confronted them
how it is possible to have 5 sales made last month, and then all of a sudden it shows only 2 sales
and the 3 sales are vanised and gone.

They told me that it was you removing the product from their tracking as affiliate product.

I AM UPSET AND ANGERED how they play this stupidy game with people and telling that its everybodys
mistake, but not theirs.

I dont get paid for the sales I did send you and that makes me go and stop promoting all further products
with Plimus and all of your scripts, that is what it will happen. I know you could care less because just a few sales
that i make or not will not effect your sales model after all.

But it does affect me, investing the time and driving traffic to websites that supposely should make
sales with PLIMUS product.

I will put PLIMUS on the black sheep list, as this is just an inresponsible game they play, tell me
it YOUR fault, adsense boy, and then telling you that they have a technical glitch or god knows.

You got the sales, you got the profit and all I get is NOTHING.

Go figure.

JACK, you might get some sales and they might pay you for that sales, but I strongly recommend you to use a tracking tool like
http://www.statsremote.com who actually records all sales for and you can then compare that against what they really pay you!
You might be surprised how many sales are not credited!

I will not longer use them.

Here comes the best part.

Not did they react to my accusations that they do not credit my affiliate sales correctly.
They refuse now to pay out ALL MY AFFILIATE SALES that they did credit after I did ask them
to close down my account: ... here is what they wrote:


Please be advised by this email, that your Plimus affiliate account has been closed as per your request.

As per the vendor
agreement, we will be withholding payment for up to 3 Months depending on the number of refund requests and chargeback's that may come in.



This means: they will not pay your outstanding affiliate commissions. I can bet that in 3 month nothing will be paid, and i will have in fact forgotten
about them that time.

BE WARNED!!!

After me complaining to them
that I dont see myself waiting 3 months for my
payouts the "gods" have decided to pay me via paypal.

I will never ever touch them as an affiliate.
(adsense boys products were not the only ones I used to
sell via plimus).
