Hi all,

After having read the Webmaster book (and especially the chapter about Mindagas' experience), I'd like some clarification on one small issue:

Mindaugas, you recommend that we let our AMM sites "cook" for a couple of months before turning Adsense on. Can you tell me the reasoning behind this? Is it something to do with Google smart pricing? Or does the site rank better initially if it isn't monetised?

I'm curious!

.....and to those of you who might respond to my query, thank you IN ADVANCE! I'd hate to muck up the forum by posting a thank you comment unnecessarily! wink.gif

Cheers, Ness

Ness, as described in webmaster book it's just my personal experience smile.gif

During months of research I found that if I activate AdSense right after building site, my results become poor later. But if I wait for a few months before displaying AdSense, sites get indexed well and results are better in long term. To be honest, I have no idea why it is... smile.gif

Adsenseboy - What do you mean by "Get indexed well" ? - Means "good ranking" only or is there also any risk of being totally deindexed by activating adsense right after building new sites instead of waiting for a while?

I'm more worrying about site deindexed. Does that happen to you when you activate Adsense right after building too ?

Good news... Because I'm not concerned with ranking for the moment, as I'm using only low hanging keywords with less than 10 competition for my sites building.... And if things go well, I will start building more heavy sites with more competitive keywords and learn more about ranking techniques and purchase all the promotion tools you offer for backlinks etc... But for the moment I'm just waiting and testing for the best formula... FYI : I don't register .INFO domains anymore ! :-)

By the way, if someone else has any experience about adsense and .info domains to share, I would be happy to hear it

I have [3] .info sites [active for about 4-weeks], with NO activity; page impressions [by me] but zero clicks. I am in the process of converting these sites to .com sites. One more concern ... I am using maker_template4 [envision]. Does anybody have any suggestions on what templates are best?
