Limit number of characters in meta tags

I use Social Bookmarks Submitter for years and it works great, but I have an idea how to make this bookmarking software better.

I have found that some social networks do NOT accept bookmarks (links) if they contain too many symbols in meta tags. I love meta tags parsing feature in Social Bookmarks Submitter, but if page has very long meta tags, sometimes it may get rejected because of restrictions in some social networks.

It would be great if Social Bookmarks Submitter could limit number of characters in meta tags. For example, if site title contains 100 characters, SBS could truncate it to 50 characters (this number should be set by user).

That's a great idea. I didn't realize that some social networks do not accept submissions with long meta tags, but if you say that, most likely it's true

It can be done without any problems.

I am working on Social Bookmarks Submitter 5 now, and I can confirm that option to limit number of characters will be added in new version.
