Well, if we talk about AdSenseBoy software support team, here is my experience:
Pre-Sales Support via email and/or livechat: 5 stars. No matter how many questions I ask (and some of these questions may look really dumb for experienced webmasters), absolutely all of them get answered. I even get a bunch of examples and/or links for more reading.
Client Support via forum: 5 stars. I don't use this option myself, but I see that AdSenseBoy monitors the forum 24/7 and questions asked by other clients get answered fast.
Technical Support via helpdesk: 5 stars. Each single question of mine gets answered in minutes of time. If I experience any problem, I always receive very polite emails with status updates and more details. Even if somethings goes really bad, support team always provide a working solution in less than 24 hours.
Self-Assistance via knowledgebase: 5 stars. I find answers to 90% of my questions in your knowledgebase. Very useful and well organized, I must say...
I think that's all for now. Honestly, you offer the best client support on the Internet, and when my friends ask me why do I choose to buy all tools of yours, I always answer the short way - "Innovative features AND CLIENT SUPPORT. It's simply the best".
