One of the big holes in the SBS software is the lack of a pinging option. Most of the good desktop bookmarking programs include this because it works.
If you could create a seperate pinging module that collected the urls of successfully submitted bookmarks and automatically pinged them with the major pinging services such as pingomatic, that would no doubt increase the power of the entire software. It would also be good if you could include the following features in a pinging module...
1. Ability to manually add extra pinging service urls
2. Use/rotate proxies when pinging if activated
